Have you ever tried the AMAZING flavors of a great Cincinnati chili recipe? Wow… this tastes just like what they serve at the Skyline restaurant that made it famous! And for colder weather, this will fit the bill perfectly.

As you can tell from the picture, yes – this chili is typically served over spaghetti. You can top it with cheese, sour cream, crackers or anything else that sounds good to you.

And that’s not the only thing that is unconventional about this chili… look at the ingredients –

    • Cocoa powder?
    • Cinnamon?
    • Cloves?
    • Allspice?

Yup. You just gotta trust me on this… it is SO good. And since pasta is used for this dish, you can easily get 2 batches out of the recipe. I just made this tonight, and we had a little more than half leftover.
