Lauren Cobello » Blog » Freezer Cooking Meal Plan – Instant Pot and Crock-Pot Version – NEW!
Are you looking for an easy freezer cooking meal plan? Look no further because you have found the EASIEST meal plan out there!
Not only will this save you time, but SO MUCH MONEY!
If you’ve never used one of my meal plans before, let me just tell you a little bit about them.
This is not simply a cookbook with a shopping list. This is NOT a freezer cooking plan that takes all afternoon and leaves your kitchen a complete mess.
This meal plan is a carefully crafted system designed to save you a ton of money, and a ton of time.
These meals were created and portioned just right so that they all work together. And my “One-Touch Prep System” will ensure that you can prepare these meals in just a few hours, and your kitchen won’t even be that messy.
You use the shopping list to shop for all the ingredients. This list is carefully crafted so you don’t spend more than $150! Here is what I picked up (minus 3 large packages of chicken). All of this will make 20 delicious meals! Not sold yet, check out a couple of the recipes here.
Here are the recipes included in this plan (each made twice):
The goal here is to save you time AND money. This plan does both.
The best part is that there are Instant Pot AND Crock-Pot cooking Instructions included. And they’re all “dump” meals – meaning that you will just throw all the ingredients in a freezer bag. So the preparation couldn’t be easier. Nothing is pre-cooked – no need to get out any pots or pans or turn on the oven. You will only need some measuring cups and spoons, some freezer bags, and about 90 minutes. For Real.
To make assembly as easy as possible, I have developed a system to help you put these together in the shortest amount of time possible without completely messing up your kitchen. You will only have to touch each ingredient only once throughout the entire prep, and you also don’t even need to look at the actual recipes during prep. You just need 5 easy to follow pages of prep to prepare 20 meals!
Stick them in your freezer when you are done putting them together, then put in the slow cooker the morning you want to eat it. It really can’t be any easier, thanks to my “one-touch” prep system.
If you eat gluten-free, this is very easily adaptable. I made them all gluten-free since I eat that way, so it is super easy to do! I just love having all of my dinners prepared ahead of time – and I even made this plan at 10 pm!
The first way is the basic plan.
Or you can buy it in a bundle with all 11 of my meal plans for only $67!
