I am on this crazy Candida diet right now, and I can’t have sugar, pork, caffeine, alcohol, dairy, or gluten. I have to eat a lot of vegetables, but have been having some issues because I couldn’t find any salad dressings that I could eat. I whipped together this salad dressing and it was SO good! It is the best low fat salad dressing I’ve had.
I would highly recommend trying it – It has only simple ingredients (that you can pronounce) and cost me only $1.00 to make!
Here is my homemade lemon bruschetta low-fat salad dressing :
This would also be a great marinade for chicken – I would put this marinade on and let it sit refrigerated overnight. Then you can grill or cook the chicken the next day for dinner!
