  • Pulled pork in a crock pot? Yes, it’s just too easy. This recipe uses a fairly lean pork loin, so it’s fairly healthy – but has tons of flavor. A bit of Italian dressing helps provide a nice zesty kick!

    If you need to halve the recipe, just put one half in a freezer bag to throw in the slow cooker on a another day.

    Ingredients

    • 2 lb. pork loin
    • 1/2 18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
    • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
    • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Instructions

    • Cut the pork into chunks and season with salt and pepper.
    • Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
    • Serve on hamburger buns.
