    Now I’ve been known to mix ingredients together that you might never put together. For example, my Asian-BBQ Chicken mixes some crazy flavors. But man – they just WORK.


    Honey, Parmesan cheese, soy sauce, garlic – it just all works so well to make such a flavorful pork loin.

    Enjoy with some potatoes and your choice of vegetable. I used roasted ruby red potatoes and sautéed brussel sprouts. YUM!

    • 2-3 pounds pork loin
    • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp basil
    • 1 tsp oregano
    • 1 Tbsp garlic
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil


    • Place the pork loin in the slow cooker.
    • Add all other ingredients on top.
    • Cook on low for 8 hours (or medium for 6, or high for 4).
    • Take the meat out of the slow cooker and shred or slice.
    • Top with some of the liquid.
    • Serve with your choice of potatoes and/or vegetable.

  • Recipe was awesome, but after 8 hrs low setting crock pot, the honey became a black inedible tar. Surely…add the honey on in cooking process?

  • I used this recipe as a marinade over night! Them the husband threw them on our pellet grill. They were sooooooo goooooood!!!
