    Spinach Fritatta

    Ingredients

    • 9 eggs
    • 1/2 brick of Cheddar Cheese around 4 ounces
    • 1/2 package of Fresh Organic Spinach around 2.5 ounces
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 2 Tbsp milk
    • 1/4 cup of onions

    Instructions

    • Heat oil in a 10-inch oven proof pan.
    • Sauté spinach and onions along with the salt for 5 minutes, or until softened.
    • In a bowl, lightly beat eggs with milk and pepper.
    • Pour in eggs and cook until almost done. Do not stir.
    • Sprinkle cheese on top and put in broiler until brown and melted.
